I need a full-stack developer who can craft a completely custom website that feels modern, loads quickly, and adapts perfectly to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. I am not looking for a WordPress theme or any off-the-shelf solution; the entire build should be coded to suit our brand, giving us clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by PHP (Laravel or a similar framework is fine if it stays lightweight).

Core scope
• Bespoke UI/UX design that aligns with our existing branding.
• Responsive front-end with smooth performance across breakpoints.
• Dynamic blog section that our team can update easily through a simple, secure admin panel.
• Fast page loads and an SEO-friendly structure (semantic markup, meta tags ready, sitemap.xml, robots.txt).
• Contact page with a reliable form, social media links, and Google Maps embed.
• Basic security hardening and performance optimisation before hand-over (HTTPS, headers, image compression, lazy loading).

Deliverables
1. Design mock-ups (desktop & mobile) approved before coding begins.
2. Fully functional website deployed on our hosting, including database setup if required.

Preferred skill set
