I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to design and develop a modern, responsive business website with a **custom-built administration dashboard**.

**Important Requirements:**

* This project must **NOT** use WordPress or any other CMS (such as Joomla, Drupal, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
* The website should be a fully custom application with a custom backend/admin panel.
* The dashboard should allow non-technical users to manage the website content, images, SEO settings, and general website configuration without modifying any code.

The solution should be clean, secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.
