Custom Booking and Client-Management Platform
Budget: €750 – €1,200 EUR
I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom booking and client-management platform for a multidisciplinary clinical assessment service. The system will be used by families booking a series of appointments (with different clinicians) and by clinicians managing calendars, documents, and client progress.
About the Project
The assessment process involves multiple professionals (psychologist, speech therapist, neuropsychiatrist) and requires clients to book several appointments, sign digital consent forms, and complete payments.
The platform will streamline this entire workflow with a client-facing booking interface and an internal clinician dashboard & database.
What Needs to Be Built
Client-Facing Booking System
Personalized booking links for each client with pre-assigned clinicians
Real-time appointment booking on each clinician’s calendar
Digital signature for per-clinician consent forms (stored automatically in the client profile)
Client information form (personal details, school info, tax code, etc.)
Payment step (either integrated payments or bank-transfer instructions)
Appointment summary page
Automated email/SMS reminders
Progress bar showing completion of all required steps
Clinician Dashboard
Secure login for clinicians
Centralized table of all clients with status indicators for each appointment (completed, missed, cancelled)
Ability to update availability, manage bookings, upload documents
Automatic trigger to send client a link to book the final feedback meeting once core assessments are completed
Archiving system for completed cases (feedback meeting + final report sent)
Required Developer Skills
Strong full-stack experience (front end + back end)
Expertise with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Next.js)
Experience building booking or scheduling systems
Strong database design skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience with user authentication, role-based access, and secure file storage
Ability to implement digital signature workflows
Familiarity with email/SMS integrations (SendGrid, Twilio, etc.)
Optional but preferred: experience with payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal)
Clean UI/UX implementation and mobile-responsive design
Ability to deliver a stable, scalable, secure platform
Excellent communication and ability to work from a detailed functional spec
Deliverables
Fully functional booking platform (client + clinician sides)
Admin panel for managing clinicians and assigning them to clients
Secure database with all client data, documents, and appointment history
Email/SMS automation
Deployment to a production environment (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar)
