I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create cryptocurrency middleman website.

Project Overview:
1. Crypto Middleman: Build ways for users to create a middleman, crypto transaction management system (receiving and sending) and management features.
2. Onsite Balance Management: Set up on-site USD balance, including deposits and withdrawals using an api integration that I will specify.
3. Admin Panel: Implement monitoring, balance adjustments, and reporting tools.
4. Security: Add email verification, 2FA, and brute-force protection.
5. Referral & Support: Create a referral system and integrate a external support chat system.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
