Cross-Platform Project Management SaaS Build

I am looking for a serious long-term technical partner (not just a freelancer) to build a childcare management platform.

This is not a small project — the goal is to build a scalable SaaS product for real-world daycare operations.

What needs to be built

A complete platform with:

* Daily child tracking (check-in / check-out with validation logic)
* Parent portal (photos, updates, access restricted per child)
* Staff dashboard (ONLY same-day visibility, no access to historical data)
* Admin dashboard (full control and access to all data)
* Multi-location & group structure
* Activity logging (one action can apply to multiple children at once)
* Offline functionality (critical requirement)
* Secure login system (Admin / Staff / Parent roles)

Tech direction

* Frontend: React / Next.js
* Backend: Node.js / Firebase / Supabase
* Cloud: Azure (preferred)
* Mobile-first (or PWA)

What I’m looking for

* Strong full-stack developer
* Experience with SaaS platforms
* Experience with role-based systems (RBAC)
* Clear communication (English required)
* Able to think beyond coding (product mindset)

* Not looking for someone to just execute tasks
* Looking for someone to build this together long-term
* Potential to grow into a strategic / technical partner
