Project Overview:
Tendrix is a digital platform that connects clients with tradespeople, manages tenders, streamlines communication, and automates administrative workflows.
We are looking for an experienced full‑stack developer to implement the core modules of the platform according to our functional specification.

The project will run through Freelancer with fixed deliverables and acceptance criteria.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities
1. Communication Module (Real‑Time Chat)
WhatsApp‑style real‑time chat between client and tradesperson

Typing indicators, read receipts, message status

File attachments (images, PDFs)

Internal email address only for system notifications (no inbox)

2. Tender Management Module
Tender creation, editing, publishing

Tradesperson offer submission (one offer per tender)

Tender expiry logic

Craftsman Reaction Events (view tender, send offer, first chat message)

User Assignment Event triggered only when the client clicks Accept Job

3. Commission Logic
Commission generated only after Accept Job

Commission payment handled outside the platform

Monthly commission report generation

4. Bonus Rewards Module
Points system

Reward redemption

Physical and digital rewards

No commission discounts

5. User Dashboard & Notifications
Overview of tenders, offers, assignments
