Construction Website & CMS

I’m ready to commission a full-stack build of a modern, minimalist website and CMS for a construction firm. The site must do three things equally well: showcase our projects and services, let customers manage their own jobs, and generate fresh leads.

Core scope
• Public-facing marketing pages with a clean, responsive UI/UX that feels contemporary and easy to navigate.
• Secure sign-in via email OTP and Google, then role-based dashboards for Admin, Customer, and Project Manager.
• A CMS that a non-technical Admin can use to edit pages, upload project assets, and control user permissions, while Customers can add images, plans, and other documents directly to their project workspace.
• Basic backend workflows (status updates, notifications, simple automation) to keep projects moving without manual chase-ups.
• Deployment, go-live assistance, and handover documentation.

Tech preferences & expectations
I’m leaning toward a React or similarly modern front-end stack paired with a scalable backend—feel free to recommend what you believe is the most maintainable architecture. Whatever you propose, it must be cleanly structured, well-documented, and easy to extend.
