Construction Field Management SaaS

We’re looking for an experienced full-stack development team or individual developer to build a complete construction management platform, similar to Fieldly
.

The goal is to create a modern, cloud-based SaaS solution that connects the office with field workers through web and mobile apps.

The platform should support project management, work orders, time reporting, daily logs, checklists, photos, and documentation — all integrated in a smooth and user-friendly experience.

Core Features
1. Project & Work Order Management

Create and manage projects, sub-projects, and work orders.

Assign team members, clients, deadlines, and locations.

Track progress and project status in real time.

2. Daily Log / Site Diary

Register daily activities, manpower, notes, and photos.

Each log should be linked to a specific project/work order.

3. Time Reporting

Workers can log hours directly from the mobile app.

Time linked to specific projects or activities.

Admin can review, approve, and export time reports.

4. Change Order / Variation (ÄTA)

Create and manage change orders with descriptions, photos, approvals, and cost tracking.

5. Checklists & Quality Control

Customizable checklists for inspections, safety, or self-control tasks.

Sign-off and attach photos or comments.

6. File & Photo Management

Upload and tag documents, PDFs, or images to projects/work orders.

7. Offline Mode

Mobile app should function offline and sync automatically when reconnected.

8. User Roles & Permissions

Admin, Project Manager, Foreman, Worker, Client, etc.

Access levels based on role.

9. Web Admin Dashboard

Web interface for office staff to manage projects, users, reports, and settings.

Overview dashboards with KPIs and activity summaries.

10. Integrations (Phase 2)

Accounting software (Fortnox)

E-invoicing, BankID authentication.

Payment: Milestone-based (Design → MVP → Beta → Launch).

Long-term partnership possible for future maintenance and feature upgrades.



Requirements

Proven experience in SaaS or field-management systems.

Strong portfolio of web + mobile apps with backend integration.

Excellent communication skills (English required).

Ability to manage full development lifecycle (design, backend, frontend, testing, deployment).

Experience integrating with accounting systems or ERPs is a plus.



Nice to Have

Background in construction, logistics, or project management apps.

Understanding of Swedish market or similar Nordic workflows.



Start: As soon as possible.

Timeline: 3–6 months (Phase 1 full version).
