Comprehensive College Job Board

I need a full-stack web application that functions as a multirole job board designed primarily for engineering students, their colleges, and hiring companies. The core must cover job posting and search, résumé uploading with full management, and an end-to-end application tracking system. Colleges should have their own dashboards so they can post placement drives directly and follow every candidate’s progress.

Beyond this foundation, the student experience is critical. A personalised roadmap after engineering (covering both private-sector and government routes) has to sit alongside career advice articles, internship listings, and skill-assessment tests. My aim is to guide students from first login through to their first offer.

Key deliverables
• Résumé builder that plugs into an ATS score checker; students can set Auto-Apply rules that trigger when their score is 85 +
• Chatbot dedicated to answering career, course, and interview questions in real time
• Blockchain-backed document verification so credentials are tamper-proof
• College panel to review individual interview attempts and outcomes, helping faculty spot where students struggled
• Company interface to post roles or partner with colleges for on-campus drives, then hire straight from the system
• Lecture/course suggestions that align with each student’s assessed skill gaps

Acceptance criteria
• Role-based access: student, college, company, admin
• Responsive UI and REST/GraphQL API covering all major flows
• Secure sign-up/login with email verification
• All listed features operational and integrated into a single codebase, delivered with setup documentation and a brief user guide
