Complete Business Platform Development

I am embarking on a green-field build of an end-to-end business platform and I need an experienced full-stack partner who has taken similar products from concept right through to launch.
Scope
The core of the project is a web application that must run smoothly on desktop, mobile, and tablet browsers. Native iOS and Android apps will follow, powered by the same back-end. Alongside standard account, billing, and workflow modules, three integrations sit at the heart of the build:
1. Outlook email integration – send, receive, and track messages directly from within the app using Microsoft Graph or comparable Outlook APIs.
2. AI-driven document automation – the system should draft proposals, letters, and other routine paperwork, plus gather reference information from both public websites and inbound phone interactions.
3. Telephony – click-to-call, logging, and call recording, ideally through Twilio or an equivalent cloud voice provider, with transcripts fed back into the AI module for analysis.
Key Deliverables
• Responsive web application (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Native iOS and Android apps that mirror web functionality
• Secure Outlook email integration, including authentication flow and message tracking
• AI services for document generation and data extraction from web and voice sources

Acceptance Criteria
• Zero critical bugs across the three target form factors
• Average in-app email send/receive latency <2 secs
• AI module produces first-draft documents within 5 secs of request and achieves a minimum BLEU score agreed during discovery
• 99 % successful call connection rate and transcript accuracy above 90 % on clear audio
• Mobile apps accepted in both Apple App Store and Google Play
