I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform for urban community management.

The solution will serve housing societies / associations / communities to make their daily operations smooth and digital.

Scope Includes:
Web + Mobile app (Android/iOS).
Multi-society (multi-tenant) support.
Role-based logins (Admin/Committee + Members).
Online payment collections (maintenance fees, dues) with late fee calculation.
Expenses tracking with basic reporting.
Resident issue/complaint submission & status tracking.
Digital noticeboard for announcements, alongwith Reminders & notifications (Email/SMS/Push).
Exportable reports (PDF/Excel).

Requirements:
Proven experience with SaaS & multi-tenant architecture.
Strong skills in React / Flutter / Angular + Node.js / Django /
Integrations- Payment gateway, OTP verification, Whatsapp.
Clean, intuitive UI/UX for modern urban users.
Must deliver secure, scalable, and clean code.
