No-Code Developer for Business-Critical Apps

Job ID: 40168759

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

Freelance Full-Stack / No-Code Developer Needed (Base44, Replit, Emergent, Lovable)

Project Description
We are looking for a highly capable freelance developer who has hands-on experience with modern web and no-code / low-code platforms such as Base44, Replit, Emergent, and Lovable.

We are building several internal and business-critical apps for our companies. These are not demo or toy apps. They are real operational tools already used by 5–10 users and designed to scale to 50, 100, or even thousands of users over time.

Your role will be to take concepts and early versions of these apps, set them up properly, deploy them on servers, stabilise them, and ensure they are production-ready.
Scope of Work
• Pick up existing app ideas or early builds
• Set them up cleanly on appropriate servers
• Ensure apps are stable, secure, and scalable
• Manage proper version control using Git
• Implement new features without breaking existing functionality
• Support ongoing improvements and scaling
• Ensure clean handover and documentation
What We Are Looking For
• Strong experience with Base44, Replit, Emergent, Lovable, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of backend, frontend, and deployment workflows
• Experience managing apps beyond MVP stage
• Comfortable working with real business logic and workflows
• Ability to think about scalability, performance, and stability
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
Important Notes
• Please share real projects you have built or worked on
• Do not share very basic or demo apps
• We are looking for someone who has handled apps used by real teams
• No agencies please, freelancer only
• This can turn into ongoing work and potentially a longer-term role
Why Work With Us
• Multiple ongoing projects across different businesses
• Real-world apps with real users
• Opportunity to grow with the business long-term
• Clear scope, serious work, and decision-driven leadership
Please include links to relevant projects and briefly explain your role in each.
