Club Management Full-Stack App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a production-ready web application that lets our club handle memberships, event bookings, and payments from one responsive interface. The preferred stack is React on the front end, Node.js for server logic, and Firestore as the database.
The build must include secure email/password authentication with role-based access for Admin, Member, and Guest profiles. An event-booking workflow should track slot availability in real time, and an admin dashboard must surface live membership, booking, and payment data. Firestore’s real-time listeners will keep every view in sync so changes made in the back office appear instantly on the member side.
Deliverables
• React single-page application optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Node.js API layer integrated with Firestore (CRUD, batch operations, security rules)
• Email/password auth flow (sign-up, login, password reset) via Firebase Auth
• Route guards and Firestore security rules enforcing Admin, Member, and Guest permissions
• Admin dashboard for member, event, and payment management with analytics widgets
• Member portal for profile editing, event discovery, one-click booking, and cancellations
• Guest landing pages with limited access and an upgrade-to-member path
• Stripe-ready payment hooks (or similar) with clear transaction tracking

1. CRUD operations average ≤ 300 ms on a 1 k-record test set.
2. Real-time updates propagate without page refresh across concurrent sessions.
3. Lighthouse mobile performance score of 90 or higher.
