Cloud based Client App with Android Widget
Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a very small company of 6 agents in the property industry. Our problem is that sometimes we are too busy to save our clients information quickly and sometimes we forget to contact them. Our clients contact us through e-mail, whatsapp, phone calls and SMS.
I need a simple android widget and a simple cloud based app to be created. The widget can be a small button that is always visible on the phone screen. When I press it, it must take a screenshot of my phone display and send the image to the cloud based app as part of a new client record. This will allow me to add client information to the app and follow up on these clients later.
The widget does not have to be verified at Google because only 6 of us will be using it. We have our own host for the cloud based app.
The cloud based app must have the following features:
- I should be able to add comments to each record.
- I need to be able to set e-mail reminder for myself for any record.
- Search function for any criteria
- I should be able to share records with other agents who have user accounts on the app.
- I should be able to log on to the app to add/edit/delete records on phone and computer.
