Client-Facing Full Stack Developer

I lead a growing software consulting agency and need a mid-level full stack developer who can split time between writing production-ready code and speaking directly with clients. The bulk of our engagements revolve around new and existing web applications, so you should already feel at home discussing architecture, sprint goals, and delivery timelines in that context.
Day to day, you will join requirements workshops, participate in technical interviews with prospective customers, and then dive straight into implementation. Clear, professional English is essential; many conversations happen live on Zoom during EST business hours and I rely on you to interpret business goals quickly, suggest practical solutions on the spot, and follow through with clean, maintainable code.
I’m looking for someone with roughly two to three years of hands-on development experience, confident enough to defend technical decisions yet mature enough to adapt when client priorities shift.
