Clean UI Website With UPI

I need a full-stack developer to create a modern, visually uncluttered website from the ground up and wire it to a reliable UPI payment gateway. The interface should feel lightweight and intuitive on both desktop and mobile, with smooth navigation and fast load times.

Core requirements
• Secure user registration and login, including password reset and basic profile management
• UPI payment flow integrated end-to-end (QR / intent, callback handling, success & failure states)
• Responsive layout and clearly structured components so future pages or modules can be added without redesign
• Admin access to view transactions and manage users

Acceptance criteria
1. A staging link where I can test sign-up, sign-in, and a mock UPI payment.
2. Payment status (success, pending, failed) accurately returned and stored in the database.
3. No console errors, CLS or layout shifts on Lighthouse mobile score ≥ 90.
4. Final hand-off includes source code, database schema, brief setup guide, and one recorded walkthrough.
