CRM Support Web Portal Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an experienced full-stack developer to design and build a browser-based CRM and customer support portal. The application must live on the web first: users will log in from any modern desktop browser, and the layout should responsively adapt to tablets and phones.
Core objectives
• Contact & lead management with custom fields and advanced search
• Ticketing module that lets customers open, track and update requests, complete with SLA timers, internal notes and file attachments
• Role-based access so agents, supervisors and admins each see the right dashboards
• Real-time notifications (web sockets or equivalent) for status changes and new messages
• Analytics area summarising pipeline health, response times and customer satisfaction
Although the initial deliverable is the web app, I want the underlying architecture—API layer, database schema and authentication tokens—structured so native clients can be added later on both iOS and Android without major refactoring.
Tech guidance
I’m open on stack (Laravel, Django, Node/Express, or similar paired with React, Vue or Angular on the front end) as long as it is well-documented, RESTful (or GraphQL), secure (OAuth 2 / JWT) and easy to maintain. Cloud deployment on AWS, GCP or Azure with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Acceptance criteria
1. A responsive web application deployed to a staging URL with sample data populated
2. Source code in a private Git repository, commit history showing incremental progress
3. README covering environment setup, build steps and deployment instructions
4. Postman (or Swagger/OpenAPI) docs for every exposed endpoint
5. Two-week warranty period to fix critical bugs discovered after hand-over
Please include relevant portfolio links and a brief outline of the stack you’d choose and why. I’m ready to start as soon as the approach sounds right.
