B2B CRM Full-Stack Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned full-stack developer to build out a bespoke B2B CRM that combines sales tracking, customer-support management, and marketing automation in one cohesive web app. The goal is to give our sales reps, support agents, and marketing team a single interface where every interaction with a prospect or client is logged, actionable, and measurable.
Scope of work
• Architect both the front- and back-end so that new modules can be added later without major refactors.
• Implement a clean pipeline for lead capture, deal stages, and revenue forecasting.
• Create a support desk area where tickets are opened, assigned, escalated, and reported on.
• Add a lightweight marketing engine that can schedule emails, trigger follow-ups, and record campaign performance.
• Provide RESTful APIs (or GraphQL if you prefer) so our internal tools can pull and push data seamlessly.
• Set up role-based access, audit logs, and a clear database schema that supports custom fields.
Tech flexibility
I am open to the stack you are most productive with—Laravel, Django, Node/Express, or a similar framework on the server side, paired with React, Vue, or another modern JS framework for the client. SQL or NoSQL is fine as long as reporting queries stay fast. If you already have proven libraries for charts, email queues, or ticket routing, feel free to leverage them.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live, secured demo running on our staging server.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear commit history.
3. Documentation covering setup, deployment, and key architecture decisions.
4. Tests (unit and basic integration) that run green in CI.
If this sounds like a project where you can showcase both clean architecture and UX finesse, let’s talk about timelines and milestones.
