Build a multi-vendor website

I want a website where there are two stores one for creative items and one for scrapyard where user can sell scrap items and artist can buy it and convert it into something creative and sell that on the same website. There should be admin panel and simple user also. And page for vendors too.
And the deadline is 28th april.
