We are building a custom web application called RentNest — a WhatsApp-first rent reminder & tenant management system for PGs, hostels, and apartment owners in India.

The product logic, workflows, and edge cases are fully documented in a FINAL PRD.

You will NOT design the logic — you will build exactly what is documented.

Full-stack development experience
REST API experience
WhatsApp Business API integration (official)
Experience with background jobs / schedulers
Secure file storage (documents, photos)
Suggested Tech Stack (flexible)
Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue
Backend: Node.js / Django / Laravel
DB: PostgreSQL / MySQL
WhatsApp API: Meta / approved provider
