Build TuneTrack: Vehicle Performance Measurement Platform

I need a full-stack developer to build TuneTrack – a platform that measures real vehicle horsepower (HP/NM) using smartphone sensors. Users measure runs in a mobile app, upload data, and view results with dynographs on the website.

System includes:
• Website (Next.js + Tailwind)
Modern, minimal red/black design.
Pages: Home, Login, Register, Pricing, Dashboard, Results, Leaderboard.
Stripe payments for plans (Starter, Business, Pro).
Dynograph images (PNG/PDF) viewable only on the web.
Admin panel + SEO + full responsiveness.
• Mobile App (React Native / Expo)
Login with same account.
Shows plan, vehicles, and remaining runs.
Measures performance using GPS/IMU sensors.
Uploads data to API → shows only peak HP/NM & validity.
No dynograph in app (web-only). Clean, fast UI.
• Backend (Node.js + Prisma + PostgreSQL)
JWT auth (web + mobile scopes).
Stripe integration + webhooks for plan updates.
Vehicle and run management.
Run validation (slope, GPS) + dynograph rendering worker.
Leaderboard + admin moderation.
File uploads via AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2.

Starter $9.90 (3 runs, 1 car), Business $29.90 (5 cars, branding), Pro $9.90/mo (unlimited).

Tech stack: Next.js 14, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, React Native, Stripe, S3/R2.
Hosting: API on Hostinger, Web on Vercel, DB on Hostinger or Neon.

Deliverables:
Functional web + app connected to one backend, modern design, working Stripe billing, dynograph generation, leaderboard, admin tools, and deployment instructions.
