Build Secure Web App for VA/VRM

I am seeking an experienced full-stack developer or development team to create a secure and scalable web application. This application will serve two primary purposes: a Vulnerability Assessment Management Tool (VA Tool) and a Vendor Risk Management Lifecycle System (VRM). It will primarily be used by information security and compliance teams to efficiently manage third-party vendors and automate vulnerability assessments.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a web application supporting desktop platforms.
- Implement core functionalities for the VA Tool, including tracking third-party vendors, performing security assessments, and managing findings.
- Integrate core functionalities for the VRM, such as vendor tracking, risk assessment, and automated reporting.
- Ensure the application is secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
