Build Secure Healthcare Platform
Budget: $100 – $1,000 USD
I need an experienced Full-Stack developer to take full ownership of a new healthcare website that manages both patient and healthcare-provider workflows in a single, secure environment. The stack is already defined—React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL—so you’ll need to be confident in all of them, as well as comfortable implementing HIPAA/GDPR-ready practices.
Primary goal
The platform must seamlessly serve both patient and provider management, with separate dashboards and tailored experiences for each group.
Access control
Role-based permissions are critical. Three roles—Admin, Doctor, and Patient—each require distinct access levels, so your authentication layer must be airtight from day one.
User experience
While the feature set is extensive, the interface itself should remain simple and user-friendly. Smart layout decisions, clear navigation, and responsive design across devices are essential.
Core functionality to build
• Secure registration and login with MFA options
• Patient and Doctor dashboards showing upcoming appointments, notifications, and key metrics
• Appointment scheduling with calendar integration and automated email reminders
• Medical records management with strict audit logging
• Admin console for user management, system metrics, and content updates
• SEO, performance, and security optimizations baked in from the start
Development expectations
Clean, scalable TypeScript code, modular Next.js pages, and well-structured PostgreSQL schemas are non-negotiable. I value clear communication, realistic milestone planning, and proactive problem solving. If we work well together, there’s plenty of scope for long-term collaboration as the platform grows.
If this sounds like the kind of project where you can shine, let’s discuss your approach and timeline.
