Build Patient Management MVP App

I’m ready to turn my healthcare startup idea into a working MVP that proves the core value of our patient-management platform. The focus is squarely on streamlining day-to-day clinic operations, so the build must be lean, reliable, and user-friendly from day one.
Scope of work
I need a full-stack developer or small team to design, develop, and deploy a web (or hybrid mobile) application that covers three absolutely critical workflows:
• Appointment scheduling – patients and staff can book, reschedule, cancel, and receive reminders.
• Patient records management – secure creation, storage, and retrieval of medical files with role-based access.
• Billing and invoicing – generate invoices, track payments, and export basic reports.
Core expectations
– HIPAA-compliant data handling and authentication best practices.
– Clean, modular code with clear documentation so we can iterate quickly after launch.
– An admin dashboard where I can manage clinics, practitioners, and user roles.
– A clickable prototype or staging instance for interim reviews, then a production-ready deployment (AWS, Firebase, or similar).
– Handover of source code, schema, and deployment scripts.
Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end demo shows all three features working for both patient and admin personas.
2. No critical bugs during a two-day smoke test.
3. Codebase passes standard linting and unit tests (>80 % coverage).
4. Basic user and technical documentation delivered in Markdown.
