Build Complete E-Signature SaaS

Job ID: 40023359

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m ready to move from concept to launch on a cloud-hosted, general-purpose e-signature platform that businesses can adopt without a steep learning curve—user-friendliness is the guiding principle behind every screen and workflow.

Core scope
The application will let users upload PDFs, send them for signature, monitor progress in real time, and store a tamper-proof audit trail. Beyond the basic send-and-sign flow, I need full SaaS plumbing: multi-tenant onboarding, subscription management, role-based access, reusable templates, bulk sending, and an optional REST API for customers who want to integrate the service into their own apps.

Key requirements
• Security baked in from day one: two-factor authentication, end-to-end encryption of documents, and comprehensive audit logs for every action.
• Three interactive dashboards—administrative, user activity, and document status—each designed for clarity and rapid drill-down.
• Responsive front end (React preferred, but I’m open) that feels as simple as consumer software while sitting on top of production-grade back-end architecture (Node, Django, or similar).
• Cloud-native deployment with CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable storage for signed documents.
• Detailed event logging to support compliance reviews and future SOC 2 readiness.

Skills We Need

Full-stack web development (Node.js, PHP, or Python backend; React/Vue/Angular frontend)

Cloud deployment experience (AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent)

PDF manipulation and e-signature workflow experience

Email delivery setup (high deliverability, DKIM/SPF)

Database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

Security best practices (HTTPS, encryption, audit logging)

Deliverables
1. MVP delivered to a staging environment, feature-complete on all items above.
2. Production build deployed to my chosen cloud account (AWS or GCP).
3. Post-launch support window to squash any critical bugs we uncover in real-world use.
4. Clean, well-documented codebase and API reference.

Acceptance criteria will be a live demo covering the upload-to-signature journey, security features verified through test accounts, and dashboards reflecting real-time events.

If you’ve built SaaS products end-to-end and can balance intuitive UX with solid engineering, let’s discuss timelines, milestones, and your suggested tech stack.
