Build a Classified Ads Portal (MVP) – Registration, Listings, Payments, Custom Design

Project: Advertisement Portal (Massage / Wellness sector) – MVP from scratch

I'm looking for a full-stack developer to build a complete MVP version of a listing platform from scratch.

Required core features:
• User registration & login (roles: Client, Advertiser, Admin)
• Add/edit listings (title, description, location, price, photos/videos)
• Listings feed + search & filters (city, category, price, availability)
• Advertiser profile (mini portfolio, contact info)
• Admin panel (approve / remove listings, manage users, moderate content)
• Online payments (Stripe / PayPal / BLIK – only one integration required for MVP)
• Email notifications (registration, listing approval, password reset)
• Hosting + SSL configuration (ready for production)

Design/UI:
• I have ready visual mockups and style guides (colors, typography, layout).
• The front-end must precisely match my design.
• If some sections are not yet designed, you can use a clean, consistent layout that fits the style.

Tech stack (suggested, open to recommendations):
• Frontend: Next.js / React + Tailwind CSS (TypeScript)
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Python (Django/DRF)
• Database: PostgreSQL (preferred) or MongoDB
• Auth: JWT / Session-based
• Admin panel: Custom or based on Django Admin / Keystone / Payload CMS

Requirements:
• Clean and modular code in Git repo (GitHub) + short README (install/run/deploy)
• Work in clear milestones / sprints
• Transfer of all source code and intellectual property rights after completion
• GDPR compliance (basic best practices: consent checkboxes, privacy policy)
• Responsive design for mobile & desktop
• Project must be deployable on Vercel / Netlify / Render / Railway
