Aveenix Full-Stack Debugging & Integration Expert

Project Goal
Aveenix is an advanced AI-powered platform that merges E-Commerce, SaaS business apps, and automation tools into a single ecosystem. We’re seeking a Full-Stack Debugging & Integration Expert to set up a robust multi-environment pipeline and stabilize the codebase for a production launch.
Stage 1 – Environment Setup & Rollback System (Top Priority)
• Implement and verify the 4-stage deployment workflow across Replit → GitHub → Railway.
• Create and secure long-lived branches (dev, staging, main) with PR protections.
• Configure Railway services & Neon Postgres DBs for each stage: aveenix-server-dev (Integration), aveenix-server-staging (QA/UAT), aveenix-server-prod-a / prod-b (Blue/Green Production).
• Validate full CI/CD flow (GitHub Actions → Railway).
• Set up automated migrations (Dev → Staging → Prod).
• Document environment variables and secrets (.env.example).
• Test rollback procedure (flip prod-A ↔ prod-B, restore previous deploy).
• Prove the environment is production-safe and auditable.
Stage 2 – Debugging & System Stabilization
• Debug and fix build, integration, and deployment issues.
• Clean redundant pages, duplicate components, and overlapping utilities.
• Finalize checkout and payment flows (WooCommerce + Stripe).
• Standardize layout and component reuse.
• Ensure responsive UI, error boundaries, and fallback handling.
• Deliver a clean, deployable version through verified CI/CD pipeline.
Tech Stack
• Frontend: React (TypeScript) + Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js (Express) + PostgreSQL (Neon) + Drizzle ORM
• Integrations: WooCommerce API + Stripe API + SMTP Email
• Environments: Replit (Sandbox) | GitHub (Source Control) | Railway (Deployment)
Ideal Skills & Experience
• Strong debugging & CI/CD deployment experience.
• Familiar with multi-environment setup (Dev / Staging / Prod).
• Proficient with WooCommerce + Stripe integrations.
• Skilled in PostgreSQL / Neon, Railway, and GitHub Actions.
• Comfortable optimizing large React + Node codebases.
• Bonus: PWA, mobile responsiveness, AI API integration.
Success Criteria
• 4-Stage pipeline fully operational with documented rollback.
• Stable build passes lint, typecheck & CI.
• End-to-end sales flow (Home → Product → Cart → Checkout → Success) works flawlessly.
• LAUNCH_NOTES.md and CHANGELOG.md updated.
• Clean, maintainable code ready for scale.

This engagement ensures the entire Aveenix ecosystem — both E-Commerce and SaaS modules — runs on a secure, modular, and reversible infrastructure. You’ll be the key engineer ensuring every deploy is safe, traceable, and rollback-ready.
Application & Qualification Requirements
• Experienced Engineers Only
• Minimum 5+ years full-stack experience (React + Node.js).
• Proven work with CI/CD pipelines, multi-environment deployment, and API integrations (WooCommerce + Stripe).
• Experience with production-grade debugging, rollback systems, and staged deployment setups.
• Submission Requirements
• Portfolio Samples: Provide 3–4 relevant projects showcasing multi-environment CI/CD setups, e-commerce systems, or SaaS dashboards.
• Full Project Proposal: Outline your approach to Stage 1 (environment setup) and Stage 2 (system stabilization), including timeline and milestones.
• Technical Process Description: Explain how you test rollback, CI success, and environment isolation.
• Availability & Communication: Expected weekly hours, preferred update frequency, and tools (GitHub Issues, Slack, etc.).
Evaluation Criteria
• Demonstrated experience with similar E-commerce/SaaS platforms.
• Clarity and depth of technical proposal.
• Quality and scalability of suggested solutions.
• Code optimization, performance, and delivery discipline.
Bonus Considerations
• Experience with Neon DB and Railway deployments.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Drizzle ORM best practices.
• Familiarity with AI API or automation integrations.
• Ability to implement automated tests (Playwright/Cypress).
