Our company is an innovative construction technology, service, and solutions provider. Our Digital Twin application is an app for construction management, which can save 20% of time and cost per project. It helps to visualize buildings, sensors, simulations, and related data in a 3D space and manage projects more efficiently utilizing Digital Twins concept.
Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time Mid-Senior Software Developer to work on further development of our app and integration on IoT sensors for our clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate about new technologies, experienced individual who would be able to both, manage and perform the development process, as well as coordinate the work with IoT sensor vendors and integration partners. The Full Stack Developer would become part of our core management team and would be able to take a leading role in our software development journey, by providing valuable insights, suggestions, and pathways to success. Previous experience with visualization of sensors and data in a 3D environment, knowledge of Autodesk Forge (now Construction Cloud) and AWS is required. Experience in working in a startup environment as well as in the ConTech or PropTech app development environment will be considered an asset.
Role description
• Review and evaluate current technology stack and identify areas to improve
• Integrate IoT sensors with our app
• Fix bugs and improve existing workflows
• Develop new features and workflows
• Maintain and improve upon the existing infrastructure
• Support and evaluate scope of work for new Pilots and integrations
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing scalable, customer facing applications
• Experience with the Autodesk Forge viewer (Construction Cloud) and its APIs
• Extensive experience working with AWS services like EC2, Lambda and S3, preferably in a serverless architecture
• Experience of working with React-Redux
• Strong knowledge in HTML/CSS, NodeJS, TypeScript, Javascript, Git, postman, restapi, MongoDB
• Experience in IoT sensor data integration, visualization and georeferenced positioning in a 3D viewer
• Experience of working with progressive Web applications
• Should be able to perform CI/CD operations
• Familiar with best practices related to development and security of web-based applications
• Eager to learn new products and technologies
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have
• Highly proficient with React (Hooks), NGINX
• Experience with Unit Testing.
• Knowledge/Experience with PHP, NPM, Laravel, MySQL.
• Software development methodology (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and experience with Git and JIRA.
