I am looking for a proficient software developer to produce an application that can monitor the activities of my employees working from home. Notably, the application should be compatible with the Windows operating system.
Key Features:
- Real-Time Communication: An essential feature of the application is the ability to communicate in real-time.
- Screen Capture: The facility to capture the screen activities for guidance and supervision purposes is crucial.
- Active and Idle Time: The application should effectively categorize and record the active and idle time of employees during work hours.
- Productive and non-productive activities: I expect the application to differentiate between productive and non-productive tasks and activities to better measure employee work efficiency.
Reporting Capabilities:
The application should include advanced reporting capabilities which ensures productivity metrics and usage patterns are easily accessible to the supervisor.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this project should have substantial experience in software development, primarily focused on remote working tools. An understanding of monitoring and productivity metrics tools is essential. Proficiency in Windows OS software development is mandatory. Demonstrable past work in similar projects will be a strong plus.
The back end will ultimately be hosted on our Azure Subscription. The solution will need to track activity for ~500 users and all activity must be centrally logged in an Azure SQL Server database along with screen grabs. I would like similar functionality as provided by https://www.insightful.io/.
