some issues which need to sorted in laravel

laravel project changes in following

1) current project is on laravel 11 move it on laravel 12
2) Redesign front end plus design figma
3) improve all core web-vitals to 100
admin only dashbaord controls
4) traders pages custom meta title and meta descriptions from dashboard
5)currently dynamic content which is being loaded that is only for main category at the moment I
should be able to load content for subcategories as well6)i should be able to show any trust or qualification badges on individual trader profile which I
should be able to control from traders control dashboard
7)traders pages reviews in trustpilot formate where it can stored in low to high new to old and
traders should be able to reply to each review from their dashboard reviews should be out 5 not out
of 108) traders reviews starts should be in yellow like google reviews starts should be9) mentioning of average response time on trdaers profile10) postcodes main categories and sub categories are not working which need to be fixed

12) Url capitalisation issues like

will load the same page and same content while duplicate url in google eyes so you can make many

all those urls duplications need to removed and redirect to 404 if there any capitalisation other than
