WordPress RFQ workflow Theme Customization
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
Project: WordPress marketplace theme customization (RFQ workflow)
Description:
We are using a WordPress freelance theme and need a logic-focused customization (not a full redesign).
Scope of work:
Rework the project / tender creation workflow into a step-based process.
Step 1: Create lot item positions (min 1, max 25 per tender).
Each position includes:
Manufacturer (autocomplete, ~50 predefined + free text), Equipment model (text), Serial number (optional), Part number (optional), Part description (short title, max 20 chars), Quantity (default unit: pcs).
Step 2: Project-level options (keep existing ones) + add mandatory checkboxes for Terms & Conditions (AGB) and Export control / sanctions compliance.
Implement Incoterms-based delivery logic (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DDP) with dynamic destination fields (no maps, no regions, country + city only where required).
Rename “Budget” to Target price, make it optional, reference-only (no price filtering).
Add an Accepted condition block (multi-select: New OEM, New Equivalent, Repair / alternative).
Keep Description and Attachments logic unchanged.
Update Preview step to show all new data in a compact, readable summary.
Final step: one-click Finalize & redirect (no extra confirmation screen).
Assign a unique tender ID on finalization.
Important notes:
Remove legacy fields (Categories, Skills, old Location) from forms, display, and filters.
In search/listings, only Manufacturer should be indexed from item positions.
UI/visual fine-tuning is out of scope for this phase (logic first).
Work must be done via child theme (no core theme edits).
Deliverables:
Fully working tender creation flow
Updated preview and project card data handling
Clean, maintainable PHP/JS implementation
