WordPress Admin & Staff Dashboards

See reference image I want to replace WordPress’ default back-end with two purpose-built dashboards—one for admins and one for staff—so everyone sees only the tools they truly need.

For the admin view I need:
• User management that lets me create, edit, suspend or delete users quickly
• Reports and analytics that pull real-time site-wide data into visual charts
• Content management controls for pages, posts, media and custom post types

For staff, the dashboard should surface:
• Task assignment with simple status updates and due dates
• Performance tracking metrics tied to each staff member’s tasks
• Lightweight communication tools (comment threads or internal messaging) so they don’t have to leave the panel to talk about a task

Role-based access must be enforced; admins see everything above, while staff are limited strictly to their panel. I’m happy for you to code this as a custom plugin or extend an existing framework—whichever is faster and more secure—as long as it plays nicely with current WordPress core updates.

Please include:
• A clean, responsive UI built with a modern framework (React, Vue or native WordPress components are all fine)
• Shortcode or menu entry that replaces /wp-admin for each role
• Clear installation steps and brief user guide

I’ll test the build on a staging server first; once it passes role-based access checks and all widgets load without console errors, we can migrate to production.
