Project: Front-End Prototype + Back-End Development for Social Media Scheduling App
Budget:
Front-End: €650
Back-End: €6,500 (to be scoped and agreed after front-end)
Development Plan
We will begin by building a high-fidelity front-end prototype, based on our Figma design files, to accurately reflect the look, feel, and responsiveness of modern SaaS tools like Asana or Monday.com. Once complete, we’ll move to the back-end build.

Quality & Delivery
Must be responsive and interactive — no dead UI elements.
Code must be clean, modular, and well-documented.
Code to be handed over at each milestone.
Work must match the fidelity and fluidity of leading SaaS tools.
All milestones must be approved before payment is released.
Refunds & Guarantees
If the developer:
Misses deadlines without notice
Delivers poor-quality or incomplete work
Has over 25% of work rejected after 2 rounds of revisions
Fails to document the code properly
Then the client may withhold payment or request a refund for affected milestones.
Payment for each milestone will be split evenly amongst the milestones.

Once the front-end is complete and approved, we’ll proceed to scope the back-end build (€6,500 budget).

Calendar View
Today's date styling:
Should have a fully circular blue outline to highlight today’s date, not oval
Record alignment:
Records look slightly off-center — they should match the alignment in the Figma design.
Record movement animation:
The animation when dragging records isn't smooth or consistent — please match it to the example shown in Figma.

Hover "+" icon:
The "+" icon doesn’t appear when hovering over a record — it should.
Responsiveness of calendar view:
The layout isn't responsive — users have to zoom out to see bold, italics, links, etc. These formatting tools don’t visually show when active either.
When more than 3 records, view more
See this example from Rella, when you’ve more than 3 records it gives a scroll
Record View
Formatting indicators not visible:
Bold, italics, and links work, but don’t look active — maybe highlight or underline them like in Getrella or Gmail.
Should have a hover state to show it’s being used
Platform type missing:
Platform status is shown, but it doesn’t display the actual type of content.
Assignee dropdown position:
Dropdown is misaligned — it should behave like the other dropdowns and appear in the correct spot. It goes too far to right. No hover states on drop down
Chat toggle:
The internal/client chat toggle isn’t switching visually — it should clearly reflect the selected option.
Comments and emojis (low priority):
The emoji selector and comment box aren’t working yet — lower priority for now.
Day, week is not working at all
Board View
Board physics:
Physics have improved but still not quite matching the expected behavior.

Section sizing:
Some sections have become smaller than they should be.
Disable rename/delete:
Users shouldn’t be able to rename or delete board sections.
General
Overall responsiveness still off in some areas, e.g. calendar view still doesn’t scale well across screen sizes.
The Kanban view records are not the same records in the calendar view or in the list view. They all need to interconnected and have a relationship between one another
When the app opens it should open to my tasks
