Web crawling for privacy, compliancy key terms or missing data

To have a program do web crawling when a business name is provided to search for privacy and or certain compliant or non compliant terms. These terms should able to be modified or expanded on. Once determined provide the result and the web page url. Example a company wants to send communications to a consumer and is required to have a privacy/policy page that clearly states what the consumers information is used for(no affiliate marketing language that would indicate the data will be sold to third parties) opt in and opt out policies. What types of communications will be sent? Recalls, marketing(if so specifics), notifications, etc.
