Upgrade Vanilla JS to React

I'm seeking a skilled frontend developer to upgrade an existing project, originally developed two years ago using vanilla JavaScript, to a modern framework using React. The primary goal of this upgrade is to improve performance while maintaining the existing design, as we do not have access to the original design files.
