We are seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Tech Oversight Consultant to work alongside our team in reviewing, evaluating, and signing off on technical deliverables provided by external vendors and developers.
This role requires broad technical literacy—you should be comfortable assessing work across frontend, backend, and UI/UX domains—and capable of acting as a bridge between technical outputs and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as our internal technical reviewer and advisor across project milestones.
Evaluate vendor deliverables with a focus on quality, completeness, scalability, and usability.
Participate in defining a technical scorecard and evaluation system.
Ensure all work aligns with agreed-upon standards and specifications.
Flag inconsistencies, risks, or technical gaps early in the process.
Assist in drafting or reviewing technical framework agreements with vendors.
Provide clear, actionable feedback in both technical and non-technical terms.
Requirements:
Strong experience in frontend and backend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Laravel, Django, etc.).
Proven understanding of UI/UX best practices and design workflows (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Ability to read, review, and validate third-party code and design systems.
Comfortable interacting with both tech teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
Experience with white-label SaaS platforms or evaluating outsourced development.
Understanding of API integration, code architecture, and system scalability.
Familiarity with contract review and milestone-based technical evaluation.
