Static HTML CSS JS Website Setup

I’m ready to get a new website off the ground and need someone who can establish the complete front-end environment using pure HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The goal is a clean, well-structured codebase that I can maintain or expand later without relying on heavier frameworks.

Here’s what I expect:
• A project folder containing index.html, modular CSS and JavaScript files, and any assets logically organised.
• Responsive layouts that render consistently in modern browsers and on common mobile breakpoints.
• Light, vanilla JavaScript for interactive elements (menus, sliders or form validation if required), written clearly enough for me to tweak later.
• Clear comments and a short README explaining file structure and any build or deployment steps.

Once everything runs smoothly on your side, send the packaged files along with brief instructions so I can drop them onto my server and see the same results.
