Start-Up Looking for an EHR Software App Developer
Budget: $10 – $75,000 USD
Good afternoon, everyone. I am a pharmacist-turned-entrepreneur who is looking for a hands-on software developer. They must have experience in developing software apps for electronic health records (EHR). I have a proof of concept that I built over the summer. Unfortunately, I cannot give much details on this post and I apologize for that. What I can say is that this is a very promising project that will help patients receive the care that they deserve by drastically improving the efficiency of healthcare providers in the hospital setting. I have a patent pending and have already obtained funding from investors with the agreement that the developer I choose has proven experience in Epic and/or Cerner EHR apps. This is a great opportunity to join a start-up and help build a company from the ground up.
Note: As a Marine Corps veteran and founder/inventor, I believe there is nothing more important in life than the impact we have on humanity. I am a dreamer and deep thinker. I genuinely care about people, I want to make this world a better place, and I believe that I can. I am a recent grad (class of 2021) from a top 5, nationally-ranked pharmacy program. I began pursuing this as soon as I graduated because I was sick of seeing patients receive sub-optimal care at literally every hospital I was at during my final year of rotations; it's not fair. With that being said, it is important to my investors that you are a skilled developer with the proper experience, but it is important to me that you share a similar passion in helping others and making the world a better place. I know it all sounds corny, but that stuff is important to me.
