Single-Page Slot Booking Interface

I need a responsive, modern-looking single page that pulls available appointment slots from our existing backend and shows them to a visitor in real time. The page must accept just two fields—Name and Date of Birth—then query the backend, filter results by the user’s age and the date they pick, and immediately display the open times.

I will supply the API endpoint documentation as soon as we start; you handle the front-end logic, validation and the call/response handling. The look and feel should be bright, modern and colorful, with clean typography and subtle animations so the interaction feels lively rather than corporate. Please build with standard, widely supported tech (React, Vue or plain JavaScript—your choice) so I can drop the final bundle straight into our hosting environment.
