Senior Frontend / UX Engineer (5+ Years Experience) - Thailand Base
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced frontend engineer who can own the full architecture of a new design system and the state-heavy forms that will rely on it. The heart of the engagement is the design system itself: it must scale gracefully, meet WCAG AA accessibility, and be built on Radix UI primitives styled with Tailwind CSS. This is an on-site job that is based on Thailand.
Here is what I’m after:
• Design System Architecture: Establish a highly scalable, WCAG-compliant design system using Radix UI primitives and Tailwind CSS (v3).
• Form Orchestration: Engineer complex, multi-step workflow configurations for our document generation engine (React Hook Form & Zod).
• State & Caching: Manage client-side data synchronization and caching layers using TanStack React Query.
Technical Profile:
React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, TanStack Query, MSAL/Azure AD.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every component passes axe-core tests and keyboard navigation.
2. Theming can switch brand colours in one place without overrides.
3. All forms preserve local state on navigation and recover from network failures.
4. Documentation covers props, accessibility notes, and code samples.
If you have shipped a Radix + Tailwind design system before—or something close—I would love to see it.
