Restaurant Landing & Admin System

I have a complete Figma design for my project restaurant project, which includes:
(NOTE I HAVE RESPONSIVE SCREENS AS WELL IN FIGMA)
1- A Landing Page (marketing page).
2- A Registration Form.
3- Admin Panel screens.
What I need:
1- Convert the Figma design into a fully responsive website.
2- Connect the Meal Registration Form to a database and integrate it with a payment gateway that's works in saudi arabia very well, and has ApplePay as well.
3- Develop the Admin Panel to manage users, print labels.
Deliver clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Required Skills:
Frontend development (React / Next.js or Vue).
Backend development (Node.js / Laravel / Django).
Payment gateway integration.
Database management (MySQL or MongoDB).
Project Type: Fixed Price
Expected Timeline: 2–3.5 weeks (MAX)
