Responsive Interactive Info Web App

I’m building a purely informational web application that wins attention through interactive elements—think dynamic infographics, calculators, quizzes or mini-tools that invite visitors to explore rather than just scroll. No products to sell, no social feed to maintain; the entire focus is on presenting authoritative content in a way that feels lively and engaging.
The experience must be seamless on desktop, mobile and tablet, so I’m looking for a single responsive code-base that adapts fluidly across breakpoints and touch interactions. Modern front-end stacks such as React, Vue, Svelte or a comparable framework are welcome, provided the final build is lightweight, accessible and search-engine friendly. Clean HTML5, CSS3 (or a utility framework like Tailwind if you prefer), and standards-based JavaScript/TypeScript are expected.
Key deliverables:
• Fully responsive web app with interactive components integrated
• Source code in a Git repository, with clear commit history
• Brief build & deployment guide (CLI or Docker is fine)
• Documentation that shows me how to add or update content without diving deep into code
Performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA where practical) and maintainable structure are my priorities. If you have a proven approach for organising content and bundling interactive modules while keeping load times low, I’d love to hear how you plan to tackle it.
