Real Estate Portal Front-End

I’m building a new real-estate portal and need a specialist to craft the entire front-end layer. All visual and interactive work will sit on top of an API my back-end team is already preparing, so your focus is purely the client side.

Core scope
• Property listings: grid and map views, photo carousel, price & key-facts panel, “save” and “share” actions.
• Agent profiles: bio, contact widgets, current listings, and a quick-enquiry form.
• Advanced search: location auto-complete, range sliders for price & size, filters for residential or commercial, plus instant result counts.

Key requirements
– Clean, responsive UI that feels at home on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
– Support for both residential and commercial inventories from day one.
– Reusable component architecture (React, Vue, or your preferred modern framework) with clear state management and SCSS/Styled-Components or equivalent.
– Well-commented code, lint-clean, and pushed to our private Git repo via feature branches.
– Pixel accuracy against the Figma files I’ll share at kickoff.

Deliverables
1. Complete front-end source code.
2. Build/run instructions and a short README.
3. One round of post-handover bug fixes.

Acceptance criteria
The portal renders flawlessly in the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge; all listed features work without console errors; Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90 on mobile.
