I'm seeking a talented developer to create a hybrid app designed for property owners, real estate agents, and prospective renters or buyers of properties. The app is available in English and Japanese and the app's key role is to assist property owners in managing their properties while also providing a rich, interactive database for real estate agents.

The app should cater to different user needs with tailored features and functionalities.

For property owners, the crucial features are:
- Dashboard for property owners which allows property owners to manage property information, lease agreement, agreement of building maintenance service, and agreement of rent management service, and enable to check them anytime via smartphone.
- Investment simulation tool for property owners to simulate yield and future cash-flow based on the information property owner registered in its database. Adding more assumptions like rental decline rate, vacancy rate and duration, so on will make the simulation results more precise
- Property listing management for property owners to list their properties for sale or rent
- Property search function which allows property owners to search properties to buy
- Agent search function which allows the property owners to search real estate agent for brokerage services for rental and sales
- Live chat tools which enable property owners to receive offer from real estate agents and prospective renters or buyers of properties

For real estate agents, it should include (*charge for ad by using Stripe):
- Dashboard for real estate agents which enables real estate agents to manage property information for sale or rent
- Property listing management for real estate agent to list their customers' properties for sell or rent
- Agent listing management for real estate agent to list their company info and offer brokerage services for rental and sales of properties
- Property search function which allows real estate agent to search properties to buy
- Live chat tools which enable real estate agents to send offer to property owners

For prospective renters or buyers of properties, it should include:
- Property search function which allows the prospective renters or buyers to search properties to rent or buy
- Agent search function which allows the prospective renters or buyers to search real estate agent for brokerage services for rental and sales

For myself, it should include:
- Admin control panel to manage settings, user info, and registered contents. For example - Reset their password, active, deactive delete and manage News, and other static content for the app.


A strong background in hybrid app development is essential, with prior experience in real estate applications a bonus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the unique requirements of property owners, real estate agents, and prospective renters or buyers of properties. Exceptional UI/UX design skills are also highly desirable, as the aim is to create an intuitive and engaging user experience.
