React Website Development

I'm looking for a React Developer to convert our design template to static website generated by NextJs. We already have a design template purchased from a website plus the wire frames based on the components provided by the template. The template is defined based on Tailwind CSS framework. Also we want to use our internal Headless CMS system to provide the data of the website.
