React TypeScript Component Update

I have an existing React code-base that already runs on TypeScript. I simply need a new functional component added that shows static content and is styled with styled-components. No data fetching, no form logic—just a clean, easily readable component that drops straight into the project without breaking strict type checking.
Please:
• create the functional component (.tsx) and its accompanying styled-components definitions
• update any necessary index or parent file so the component renders without TypeScript errors
• keep naming and folder structure consistent with common React conventions
• include a brief comment block at the top that explains prop types (if any) and usage
If the project compiles with tsc with no warnings, renders the static content correctly, and the style is applied, the task is complete.
