React to Struts Signup and Login Integration

Integrate React Signup & Login Frontend with Existing Java Struts Backend
Project Description
We have re-designed our user registration (Signup) and login (Sign In) UI in React (with Vite). Our backend is an existing Java Struts application with MySQL database (monolithic web app).
We need an experienced developer (or team) who can:
Integrate our React frontend code (Signup and Login pages) with the Java Struts backend
Ensure seamless user registration, login, session management, and error handling via the existing Struts backend APIs/Servlets
Adapt the API calls as needed for Struts/JSP actions (e.g., .do or .servlet endpoints, param formats, sessions/cookies)
Map and flow data as per backend requirement (e.g., user types, fields, validations)
Coordinate with our team for any backend contract or routing adjustments
Final delivery: a working, production-ready UI (React), fully hooked up to our Java backend
Skills required:
Strong experience with React (Hooks, Axios/Fetch)
Integration with legacy Java Struts webapps (esp. authentication, servlet APIs, session management)
Good understanding of REST/HTTP, cookies, and form security
Familiarity with MySQL and handling backend data mapping
We will provide:
Full React source code (Signup and Login pages)
Sample API endpoints (existing Struts login/signup actions)
Access to test backend or postman collection for backend APIs
