React Social Media Platform

I’m building a new social-media-focused web app and want you to craft the entire front end with React. The core of the product is a real-time, responsive interface that feels every bit as smooth as native mobile.

Here’s what I need from you:

• User profiles – editable avatars, bios, and basic privacy settings.
• A dynamic news feed that can sort, filter, and auto-refresh without reloading the page.
• One-to-one and group messaging that updates instantly (WebSocket or similar real-time solution).

I’ll supply high-fidelity Figma screens and a REST/GraphQL backend; you wire it all together with React, modern hooks, and clean functional components. Clear, well-commented code is important because my in-house team will maintain it after launch.

Acceptance criteria:
• Components render pixel-perfect to the Figma spec in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
• State management is predictable (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or your preferred solution—just be consistent).
• Every feature above works lag-free on both desktop and mobile breakpoints.
• Code passes my ESLint and basic Jest/React Testing Library checks before hand-off.
