React Real Estate Site Upgrade
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I already have a Dubai-focused real-estate website running on a React front-end with a Node.js back-end; it works, but it needs to do more. The next iteration is all about lead generation, so I want to expand the experience and tighten the tech.
What I need right now
• A brand-new “Developer” section. Each developer gets its own page with three core elements: clear company information, an image-driven project portfolio, and an in-page contact form with strong calls-to-action. These pages should pull data dynamically, be easy for my team to update, and fit seamlessly into the existing site navigation and styling.
• Smarter search. Improve the current property search with intuitive filters (price, unit type, location, etc.) that update results instantly and preserve state in the URL for sharing.
• Robust user authentication. Refactor or extend the current auth flow to make sign-up/log-in smooth and secure (JWT preferred); include password reset and basic profile management.
Tech expectations
You should be very comfortable in React and Node.js; parts of my wider ecosystem live in WordPress, so fluency there is a bonus. Prior experience on real-estate or similarly data-heavy listing sites is essential.
Project structure & payment
I work on a fixed-price, milestone basis—no hourly billing. We will lock the scope together, agree on deliverables, and pay per milestone. This project is the first of several planned, so a successful collaboration will open doors to completely new builds down the line.
