React One-Page Portfolio Site

I’m ready to launch a polished single-page personal portfolio and need a React developer who can turn my vision into a smooth, modern experience. The page’s purpose is purely personal—showcasing who I am, the work I’ve done, and an easy way for visitors to reach me—so everything should feel professional and sleek rather than flashy or loud.

Core structure
Please build the page as a true SPA in React (no page reloads). It must include the following sections:

• About Me
• Projects
• Contact Form (simple, working form that can post to an endpoint or just log to console for now)

Visual & UX notes
I like clean typography, balanced white space, and subtle interactive touches that reinforce a professional tone. Think muted color palette, disciplined layout, gentle hover states, and smooth scrolling between sections. Responsive behaviour on desktop, tablet, and mobile is essential.

Technical expectations
• Create with the latest stable React version and functional components.
• Manage state with hooks; no Redux required.
• Use plain CSS, CSS Modules, or a lightweight framework like Styled-Components—whichever keeps the bundle light and maintainable.
• Optimise images and code-split where practical so initial load stays snappy.
• Ensure the contact form is validated on the client side.

Delivery
Hand over the complete React project (source code) in a Git repo, plus brief README with install/run steps. A short Loom or GIF walkthrough is appreciated but optional. Once the page builds locally and all three sections render and behave as described, we’re good to go.
